Eruch Kapadia
Chartered Accountant and a Cost AccountantMr. Kapadia joined Tata Chemicals in 1993. After spending the initial period in various functions within finance, he handled investor relations and was responsible for financing activities, including overseas acquisitions. He led the integration of Brunner Mond’s finance functions, a company acquired by Tata Chemicals with operations in Europe & Africa, with the parent.
Mr. Kapadia Moved to Tata Sons in December 2007 as part of Group CFO’s office. He was responsible for treasury operations of the company, structuring of investments in subsidiaries. Actively involved in drafting of regulations covering investment holding companies and for structuring raising instruments.
In September 2017 he became CFO of Tata Sons.
